Join AFA University’s Fence Foreman School from November 11-12, 2026, for a 2-day leadership and operations training program designed specifically for working foremen in the fencing industry. This intensive course focuses on real-world jobsite challenges including crew leadership, planning and delegation, safety and quality control, communication, and performance tracking, and is led by experienced industry professionals.
